The Role

You will lead the organization responsible for the platforms that power how professionals deliver work at scale.

This includes ownership across:

• AI / GenAI platforms and intelligent workflows
• Enterprise applications and workflow systems
• Knowledge and document management ecosystems
• Automation, integrations, and data pipelines

You’ll operate at the intersection of technology, innovation, and business, partnering directly with senior leadership to turn ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions.

You will also play a critical role in aligning technology, innovation, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are not only built—but adopted and delivering measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for AI, platforms, and workflow technology
• Drive GenAI, automation, and intelligent systems into daily operations
• Lead global product, engineering, and knowledge teams
• Ensure solutions move from concept → pilot → production with measurable impact
• Establish governance that enables speed while maintaining control

What They’re Looking For

• 15 years leading enterprise technology, product, or platform organizations
• Experience operating at or near CTO / Head of Platforms / Product leadership level
• Proven ability to deliver AI/GenAI solutions in real, production environments
• Strong people leader — hands-on, engaged, and actively developing teams
• Track record of driving both strategy and execution in complex environments

Preferred: Background in legal, consulting, financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries

Location & Logistics

• Location: Houston, TX
• Schedule: Hybrid — onsite Tuesday–Thursday
• Travel: As needed (minimal)
