Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily on-site construction activities for custom residential projects
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers
- Maintain jobsite organization, safety, and quality standards
- Solve problems proactively and keep projects moving forward
- Communicate clearly with the Project Manager and internal team
- Use Buildertrend and Jobsite systems consistently for documentation and updates
- Represent Go West Development professionally on-site at all times
- 3 or more years of experience in residential construction (custom homes a plus, but not required)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Comfortable communicating in person, on the phone, and via computer
- Organized, dependable, and trustworthy
- Tech-comfortable (Buildertrend experience is a strong plus)
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Willing and able to commute to Park City job sites
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Salary Range: $80,000 to $120,000 (based on experience)
- 90-day training and evaluation period with opportunity for rapid adjustment
- Annual performance-based bonus
