Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple high-end residential projects from planning through completion
- Serve as the primary homeowner point of contact
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, selections, and change management
- Partner closely with Site Managers to keep projects aligned
- Maintain consistent use of Buildertrend and internal systems
- Proactively identify risks and solve problems before they escalate
- Communicate clearly with ownership, homeowners, and trade partners
- 5 or more years of experience in residential construction project management
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with complex or high-end projects preferred
- BuilderTrend experience strongly preferred
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Full-time, W-2 Employment
- Salary Range: $100,000 to $150,000 (top of range for standout candidates)
