What We're Looking For:
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
✔ Basic math skills
✔ Effective communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
✔ Adaptable and organized in a fast-paced environment
✔ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
✔ Eagerness to learn all aspects of warehouse operations
✔ Valid California Drivers License
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and stock incoming materials in an organized manner
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
- Learn and utilize internal inventory and billing systems
- Organize warehouse inventory and restock shelves as needed
- Verify and inspect completed orders before delivery
- Assist customers with loading materials
- Unload delivery trucks
- Process product returns
- Operate a sit-down forklift (training available for qualified candidates)
- Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse, breakroom, and customer areas
- Monitor inventory levels and notify purchasing when stock is low
- Support counter sales staff and assist customers as product knowledge grows
- Make local material deliveries and pickups when needed
