Wireless Reach Group is hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate to support our growing AT&T customer accounts in the San Diego area. This is an entry-level, in-person position focused on customer service, sales support, and assisting customers with wireless solutions. Our Entry Level Sales Associates work with local consumers to help build on existing sales campaigns and provide up-to-date information on the current market. By collaborating with client management and sales management, the Entry Level Sales Associate creates specialized outreach strategies that are unique to the area and ensure proper customer service.
As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers to help them understand AT&T wireless plans, devices, and services. You will receive full training and ongoing support to build confidence in customer service interactions, product knowledge, and account support. What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Sales Associate:
- Assist customers in-person with AT&T wireless plans, upgrades, and new enrollments
- Provide clear information on devices, pricing, and current promotions
- Help customers compare plan options based on their needs and usage and escalate to additional customer service representatives if necessary
- Support account setup and service updates utilizing information gathered from Entry Level Sales Associate meetings and collaboration with client management
- Answer basic questions regarding billing, devices, and coverage
- Deliver a positive customer service experience through professional communication
- Work as part of a team to meet daily and weekly Entry Level Sales Associate goals
