What are the responsibilities and job description for the Handyman needed for Punchlist and demo work-Tracy position at Go-Staff, Inc. Skilled Trades?
We are looking for handy individuals to do general detail and demo work on residential modular units in a production warehouse setting.
A qualified employee should be able to perform punch list repairs as needed.
have knowledge of the following:
• Basic Electrical Experience
• Painting: matching paint for touch up, caulking, and detailed cleaning
• Drywall repairs: patch/ tape/ texture
• Carpentry/basic framing and form experience
• Detailing and cleaning
• Attention to detail
Must have own tools and reliable transportation.
