Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Current TB test per district standards
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as required
• All mandatory clearances must be current or obtained prior to start

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in schools, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Certification or experience in CPI, PMT, or as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is advantageous
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative professional attitude
