Account Manager Requirements

Account Manager Responsibilities
- Customer Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, especially for snow removal and landscape services
- Bidding: Accurately bid on projects, with a focus on snow removal contracts.
- Invoicing Review: Ensure all invoicing is accurate and reflective of the work completed.
- Contract & Contract Renewals: Manage contracts, particularly those related to Snow Removal and Landscaping, and oversee renewals.
- Property Inspections & Reports: Conduct thorough inspections, with a keen eye on Snow Removal and Landscaping needs and opportunities.
- Property Maps: Develop and maintain detailed property maps, highlighting areas critical for Snow Removal and Landscaping.
- Upsells: Identify opportunities to upsell services, with a focus on expanding Snow Removal and Landscaping offerings.
- Prospecting: Actively seek out new business opportunities, especially in the Snow Removal and Landscape sector.
- Snow Removal & Landscaping: Be the go-to expert for all snow removal and Landscaping services, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
