This is a full-time, on-site Concierge role located in Kansas City, MO. The Concierge will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by handling reservations, assisting guests with concierge services, managing receptionist duties, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role requires a strong focus on client satisfaction and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers.
- Proficiency in Concierge Services and Reservations management
- Strong Communication skills and ability to provide exceptional Customer Service
- Experience with Receptionist Duties and front-facing client interactions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
