The Opportunity:This role is for someone who wants to help build something meaningful, not just fill a position.The Operations Director will work closely with the Executive Director to help grow and strengthen GO On The Mission. This person will help turn vision into action by building systems, strengthening partnerships, coordinating projects, and helping the organization operate with excellence.We are looking for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit — someone who is proactive, relational, organized, and excited about helping a growing nonprofit expand its impact.The right person will be someone who loves connecting with people, solving problems, and taking ownership of projects. This role requires someone who is energized by growth, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and motivated by the opportunity to make a real difference.
Core ResponsibilitiesOrganizational OperationsHelp ensure the day-to-day operations of GO run smoothly by building and maintaining strong systems, workflows, and processes. Coordinate projects, support team collaboration, and help the organization move forward efficiently as we continue to grow.
Strategic Partnership & Organizational GrowthServe as a key partner to the Executive Director by helping translate vision into action. Assist with implementing strategic initiatives, organizing priorities, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within the organization.
Church Engagement & PartnershipsBuild and strengthen relationships with churches and ministry partners. Help coordinate speaking opportunities, develop new partnerships, and create meaningful ways for churches to engage with the mission of GO On The Mission. This role requires someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and building trust-based relationships.
Mission Trips & Program CoordinationSupport the planning and coordination of short-term mission trips, including participant communication, trip logistics, and team preparation. This role may also include helping lead trips and serving as a liaison with international partners to ensure teams have meaningful and well-organized experiences.Who We’re Looking For: • Has an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoys helping build and grow organizations• Is highly relational and naturally connects well with people• Is organized and proactive, able to manage projects and follow through on details• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment• Has experience with church leadership, nonprofit work, missions, travel coordination, or team leadership• Is passionate about helping others engage in meaningful mission and impact.

Compensation & GrowthThis is a part-time position (20 hours per week) compensation range from $25 - $30 per hour, depending one experience..As GO On The Mission grows, this role has the opportunity to grow as well.
