McPherson Psychological Associates is a rural mental health practice located in the heart of downtown McPherson, KS. We are a branch of McAlester Psychological Associates–a practice with over 20 years of experience and support. We are looking for dedicated mental health professionals to grow with us. Our practice is built on compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based care that supports children, teens, adults, and families. Requirements
❖ Active Kansas license as regulated by the Kansas State Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board (LPC, LSCSW, LMFT, or other relevant licensure)
❖ Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and excellent communication skills
❖ Desire to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team environment
❖ Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, client-centered care
