CREW AND MANAGEMENT POSITION @ BK / GO MART

Job Summary

Looking for good workers for crew positions as well as shift management positions inside Go-Mart for our Burger King located at Rockbridge, Oh.

Need to be able to work any shifts, and days, including holidays and weekends. We open up at 6 am everday but close at 9 pm Sunday thru Thursday and close at 10 pm on Friday and Saturday. So we are not here really late !!!!

We start out at 14.00 per hour and management positions starts out more.

Duties

• Prepare and serve food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
• Operate POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste
• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including shift management and ensuring adherence to food safety standards
• Train and develop staff members in food preparation, customer service, and operational procedures
• Oversee food safety management practices to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Lead team meetings, motivate staff, and foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and excellence

Skills

• Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food preparation skills
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse customer needs professionally
• Strong leadership qualities with experience in supervising teams and managing restaurant operations
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, inventory control, and food handling procedures
• Effective communication skills for training staff, managing shifts, and collaborating with team members
• Basic math skills for cash handling, order accuracy, and profit analysis
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
