Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy, math, physical education, and overall childhood development.
- Design dynamic lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles, including Montessori and standard preschool methodologies.
- Manage classroom activities to foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for toddlers and preschoolers.
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive social interactions and emotional growth.
- Conduct assessments aligned with standardized testing protocols to monitor progress and inform instruction.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support each child's welfare, early intervention needs, and educational goals.
- Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws and uphold child welfare standards at all times.
Skills
- Extensive experience working with children in early childhood settings, including daycare, preschool, or private school environments.
