We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Two's Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties

• Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods.
• Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and supports individual child development needs.
• Facilitate age-appropriate activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and social interaction among toddlers.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress through observations and standardized testing when appropriate; adjust lesson plans accordingly.
• Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding child welfare, developmental milestones, and classroom updates.
• Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws related to child safety and welfare; document incidents accurately and promptly.
• Manage classroom routines efficiently while fostering independence and respect among young children in your care.

Skills

• Extensive experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings; familiarity with toddler care is essential.
• Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention strategies, and behavior management techniques.
• Proficiency in curriculum development across multiple domains including literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and Montessori methods.
• Excellent classroom management skills to create an organized environment conducive to learning and growth.
• Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate child development instruction tailored for two-year-olds.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and connect with young children’s families.
• Knowledge related to childcare licensing and safety regulations in early childhood settings.
