Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Assistant to join our dynamic team as soon as possible. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will provide exceptional service to ensure their needs are met. Pay Range: $19.50 - $29.00 hourly

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist clients with account-related questions, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Coordinate communications between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
• Prepare and process client documentation as required, adhering to company protocols.
• Support the client onboarding process, helping new clients integrate smoothly into our services.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
