Go Falafel Greek Food is hiring immediately for a Cashier/Customer Service team member to join our dedicated 11-person crew. We are looking for both full-time and part-time candidates. If you’re friendly, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers with a positive and welcoming attitude
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS system
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
- Answer customer questions and provide helpful recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter and dining area
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow
- Restock supplies and assist with basic prep tasks when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior customer service or cashier experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Able to work in a team and stay calm under pressure
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Must be available to meet scheduling commitments
