Teacher Assistant

Looking for a workplace where teamwork matters just as much as the children we care for?Go Beyond is expanding and in search of a dependable, caring Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood team and support our classrooms in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children.

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with daily classroom activities and routines
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
• Support children through play, learning, meals, transitions, and rest time
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
• Encourage kindness, curiosity, independence, and fun throughout the day

Qualifications:

• Must be dependable, patient, and team-oriented
• Experience working with children is required
• Ability to communicate professionally with staff and families
• Must be able to pass required background check
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain
• Must be comfortable being active throughout the day (lifting, playing, moving, etc.)
