Work from home as a part-time Local Success Coach (LSC) supporting Host Families and Au Pairs in your local community. This flexible hybrid role includes remote work from your personal computer, in-home visits with Host Families, and organizing local community events for Au Pairs.
Position Details:
• Part-time independent contractor (1099)
• Must live within one hour of the posted location
• Must have reliable internet, computer, and transportation
Compensation:
• Hours for current cluster size: average 3 hours/week with estimated yearly earnings up to $9,300
• Grow your cluster to 12 families and increase to approximately 4.5 hours/week with estimated yearly earnings up to $14,100
• Equivalent hourly rate averages approximately $60/hour.
Training & Support:
• Paid onboarding and training begins with approximately 2.5 hours/week during the first 3 months
• Ongoing mentor support and hands-on guidance continue throughout the first 6 months
• Optional advanced training after 6 months can help LSCs continue to grow their cluster and earn more money.
