Job Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, masking, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment to achieve a smooth finish.
- Inspect finished surfaces for quality assurance and make necessary touch-ups.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
Experience
Candidates should possess basic knowledge of the the following skills and or experience:
- Residential painting experience
- ladder safety
- Airless sprayer use/cleaning
- Previous staining experience
- Prepping/masking
- Using a roller/brush
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to painting tasks.
