Sales Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Nutrition and health and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience by providing exceptional service, assisting customers with their needs, and ensuring the store operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed to enhance their shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote new items.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively assist customers.
• Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding customer feedback and inventory needs.
• Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Must be available weekends

Experience

• Previous experience in a nutrition store or a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills with experience using POS systems is beneficial.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers of all backgrounds.
• Basic knowledge of Nutrition and nutritional supplements is essential.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
