We are seeking experienced Construction Installers to join our team on a major project in Boise, Idaho. This project is expected to last approximately one year and will involve the assembly and installation of steel-framed structures and related building components.

Qualifications
- Install and assemble structural steel framing and related components.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Lay out, align, level, and secure structural components.
- Use hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, lifts, and other construction equipment safely.
- Work from ladders, scaffolding, lifts, and elevated work platforms as required.
- Assist with material handling, staging, and installation activities.
- Follow project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with foremen, project managers, crane operators, and other trades.
- Perform other construction and installation duties as assigned.
- Experience in commercial construction is preferred, especially with steel or tent structures.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to report to work when required.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Willingness to work overtime as project demands require.

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
