Duties
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools safely around the site
- Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, electricians, and plumbers in their tasks
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring proper use and safety protocols are followed
- Follow safety guidelines diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Perform general site cleanup to keep the work area organized and hazard-free
- Assist with setting up scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures as needed
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
