Job Title: Finance & Accounting Intern Department: Finance & Accounting Supervisor: Director of Finance & Logistics FLSA: Non-Exempt Job Status: Part Time Job Duties & Responsibilities: Include the following, as well as other duties that may be assigned. Support finance and accounting team administratively and provide assistance where needed. This role is responsible for doing general AP, AR and GL related work. What You Will Be Doing: ➢ Process improvements/automation/technology updates ➢ Enter customer ACH payments in NAV ➢ Enter customer check payments in NAV ➢ Process customer credit card payments ➢ Customer Portal Submission ➢ Customer requests/calls-emails ➢ Process PO invoices ➢ Roll costs as needed ➢ Process Canadian checks and cash ➢ Clear credits as needed ➢ Process all other vendor invoices ➢ Process freight claims ➢ Process freight bills ➢ SPIFFS – register as needed ➢ SPIFFS (calculate & pay before the 15th of the month) ➢ EDI orders ➢ Commission upload to NAV ➢ Other duties and projects as assigned. Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent training and experience preferred. Experience in a manufacturing setting with accounting experience a plus but not required.
