This position supports quality activities from material receipt through fabrication and shipping while learning inspection procedures, documentation requirements, and safety practices under supervision.

- Inspect incoming materials and fabricated steel parts for quality and accuracy
- Perform basic dimensional and visual inspections using drawings and instructions
- Assist with visual weld inspections following company standards
- Complete inspection records and report nonconforming materials to the quality team
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures on the shop floor
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred
- Prior shop, manufacturing, or fabrication experience, preferred
- Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as required by workload
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills required
- $70,000 - $76,750
