The Deputy General Counsel will serve as a member of the legal team responsible for overseeing contract management, corporate compliance, and day‑to‑day legal operations. This role will work closely with the General Counsel, executive leadership, and operational teams to minimize risk, ensure regulatory compliance, negotiate key agreements, and support strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate is business‑oriented, solution‑driven, and able to manage a broad range of legal matters in a fast‑paced environment.

- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a high volume of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, purchase agreements, and service-level agreements
- Develop and maintain a centralized contract management system and implement best practices for contract lifecycle management
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure contractual terms align with business objectives
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable laws
- Support and enhance company-wide compliance programs
- Identify potential legal risks and work proactively with cross-functional groups to mitigate them
- Support dispute resolution, claims management, and coordination with external counsel when needed
- Advise on employment law, real estate, corporate structure, IP matters, and other general legal topics as they arise
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law or eligible for in‑house counsel registration
- 8 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on commercial contracts and corporate compliance (in-house experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting or related field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to balance legal risk with business objectives
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
