What You’ll Do:
As a Wireless Store Manager, you’ll lead your team to success by fostering an engaging environment, driving sales, and ensuring customers leave satisfied. You’ll serve as the store’s leader and mentor, guiding your team to reach goals while maintaining a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Ensure a superior customer experience by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate wireless solutions
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and POS transactions
- Recruit, train, and retain talented team members
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and customer base
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to the team
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and inventory standards
- Represent the store in community outreach and local business development initiatives
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail management experience (6–12 months minimum preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Basic math skills and familiarity with sales transactions
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
- Energetic, approachable, and motivated to drive team success
