We are seeking a highly skilled District Manager to oversee multiple stores within our mobile retail network, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and core values. This role is critical for driving operational excellence, maximizing sales, and fostering talent development across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute commercial and operational strategies set by the Market Director, ensuring sales and profitability targets are met across the district.
- Develop and mentor store leaders, promoting professional growth and leadership capabilities.
- Plan and oversee staffing, ensuring the right talent is in place at the right time to meet operational needs.
- Collaborate with the Training department to ensure all leaders and sales advisors have the knowledge and skills needed to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, leveraging internal data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize store productivity.
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer loyalty initiatives.
- Inspire and motivate employees at all levels, fostering a high-performance culture and strong employee engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in mobile or technology retail.
- At least 2 years of multi-store or regional management experience.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned district as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
