Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a District Manager based in Boston, MA. The District Manager will lead, develop, and oversee multiple store locations to ensure operational excellence, achieve sales goals, and manage day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include hiring and training store managers, monitoring daily performance metrics, developing strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
