This is a full-time on-site role for a District Manager located in Bloomington, IN. The District Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is high. Responsibilities include staff management, performance evaluation, sales forecasting, strategizing for market growth, and maintaining compliance with company policies.
