  • Lead and supervise the wireless sales team, providing coaching, training, and motivation to achieve individual and store sales goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote wireless products and services, including smartphones, plans, accessories, and emerging technologies
  • Manage daily store operations such as inventory control, merchandising, pricing, and POS (Point of Sale) system oversight to ensure smooth workflow
  • Conduct interviews and participate in recruiting efforts to build a high-performing team aligned with company standards
  • Oversee employee orientation programs, training & development initiatives, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth
  • Handle customer inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and in-person communication skills, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Monitor sales metrics, manage budgets, and analyze retail math data to optimize store performance and profitability
  • Coordinate marketing efforts within the store to attract new customers and retain existing clients through promotional activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies on cash handling, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and inventory management
  • Supervise shift management duties including scheduling staff coverage during peak hours while maintaining excellent customer service standards

  • 6-12 months of Proven experience in retail sales management or assistant manager roles within a wireless or electronics retail environment
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in supervising teams and managing store operations
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases
  • Proficiency in negotiation, customer service excellence, merchandising, inventory control, and POS systems
  • Knowledge of wireless products, plans, accessories, and industry trends to effectively guide sales strategies
  • Experience with recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, training & development programs
  • Competence in managing payroll processes, bookkeeping tasks, budgeting, and retail math calculations
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
  • Organizational skills with a focus on inventory management and store merchandising standards
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by example with positive attitude; previous supervisory or assistant manager experience preferred
