Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless communication needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Demonstrate wireless products, accessories, and services, including conducting product demos to highlight features and benefits
- Assist customers with selecting suitable plans, devices, and accessories, emphasizing upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments efficiently
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing in accordance with store standards
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via calls or inquiries, ensuring clear communication and professional service
- Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and assisting with merchandising efforts to maximize sales potential
Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in electronics or grocery store environments
- Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are a plus for team collaboration roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and answer customer questions
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for accurate transactions
- Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and retail math to meet sales goals
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive shopping experiences
- Familiarity with merchandising, stocking practices, and retail sales operations is advantageous
