Store Manager
Location: McAllen, TX
Compensation: Starting at $3,000 per month (based on experience)
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations and lead our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to open and close the store independently
- Available to work weekends and flexible schedules
- Proven experience managing employees and store operations
- Experience with inventory management and merchandising
- Experience using POS systems
- Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, Microsoft Office)
- Reliable, trustworthy, and responsible
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day store operations
- Supervise, train, and motivate employees
- Create employee schedules and monitor attendance
- Maintain inventory levels and merchandise displays
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Handle cash management and store reporting
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and security
- Drive sales growth and improve overall store performance
Compensation & Growth Opportunity:
- Starting salary: $3,000 per month
- Performance evaluation after 6 months
- Salary increase to $3,500 per month may be available based on store performance, sales growth, leadership, and overall management effectiveness
