Duties
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead, train, and develop store staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory control processes, including stock replenishment and loss prevention strategies.
- Implement effective recruiting strategies to build a high-performing team.
- Analyze retail math metrics to drive sales performance and optimize product assortment.
- Ensure the store is well-organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with upper management on promotional strategies and marketing initiatives.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Experience in wireless sales is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with shift management practices to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
- A solid understanding of inventory control processes and retail math principles.
