We are looking for a dependable, experienced Crew Leader to supervise a field crew and help deliver quality service to our commercial properties, retail centers, HOAs, and townhome communities.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a field crew performing commercial property maintenance and exterior services.
- Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to GMC's quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with management, team members, and property representatives.
- Operate company vehicles and equipment as needed.
- Perform hands-on maintenance, cleanup, and related exterior property work.
- Assist with seasonal services, including snow removal and ice management.
- Monitor job progress, maintain equipment, and report any issues to management.
- Ensure crew members follow safety procedures and maintain a professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in commercial property maintenance, landscaping, groundskeeping, construction, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and a responsible driving record.
- Ability to operate trucks, trailers, and applicable equipment safely.
- Reliable, punctual, organized, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of outdoor maintenance work, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Willingness to work extended or variable hours during snow and ice events.
Salary : $20 - $35
