Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Operate cash registers efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and sales tracking.
- Apply retail math skills to assist with pricing and inventory control.
Skills
- Experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a quick service fast food restaurant or grocery store setting.
- Strong sanitation practices to ensure food safety.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Sales experience that contributes to enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Culinary skills that demonstrate creativity and attention to detail in food preparation.
