We are a busy ramen restaurant looking for a friendly and reliable Host / Takeout Staff Member to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and help seat guests
- Take and organize takeout orders
- Pack takeout and delivery orders accurately
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with orders
- Check orders to make sure all items, sauces, and utensils are included
- Keep the front counter and takeout area clean and organized
- Assist the front-of-house team as needed
Qualifications:
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- No experience required — training will be provided
- Restaurant experience is a plus
Pay: $17.00/hour
