Role overview
As the President – North America you will have end-to-end responsibility for operations, commercial performance, and engineering across all U.S. sites.
A central focus of this role will be to transform a currently siloed, disparate business into a fully integrated, centralised organisation — creating alignment across functions, sites, and teams to operate as a single, cohesive entity.
You will:
• Take full P&L ownership and accountability for results across all business units.
• Lead operational and commercial transformation, moving the business from fragmented processes to a unified, standardized, and efficient model.
• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan aimed at doubling revenues through organic and acquisitive initiatives.
• Align engineering, manufacturing, and commercial functions, ensuring seamless collaboration, efficiency, and a shared sense of purpose.
• Build a high-performing leadership team, instilling a culture of accountability, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Serve as the primary ambassador with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, modelling a centralised, integrated approach to business operations.
