- Extensive experience in failure mode mechanisms.
- Thorough understanding of root cause analysis for both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Trained in the latest technology and engineering practices of failure analysis and resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline
- 10 years of experience in automotive, motorsport, or high-performance powertrain engineering environments
- Extensive hands-on experience with failure mode mechanisms, including fatigue, wear, thermal damage, electrical faults, and material degradation
- Thorough understanding of root cause analysis techniques applied to both mechanical and electrical systems
