Key Responsibilities

  • AI-Assisted Diagnostics: Utilize our cutting-edge AI tools that perform initial data screening, allowing you to focus your expertise on complex diagnostics and prescriptive reporting.

  • Continuous Monitoring: Manage and interpret data from Wi-care™ wireless systems, ensuring global clients receive timely alerts on asset health.

  • Reporting: Translate spectral data into clear, actionable maintenance recommendations for onsite client teams.

  • Professional Development: Progress toward becoming a top-tier expert in Condition Monitoring through a personalized training program at the I-care Academy.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.

  • Technical Focus: A strong interest in stationary vibration analysis and "Smart Factory" (Industry 4.0) technologies.

  • Experience: Experience with vibration software and ISO Cat I, II, or III Vibration Analysis certification is a major plus, but we will train candidates who possess a strong mechanical aptitude.

  • Analytical Skills: The ability to sit and focus on complex data sets, identifying patterns that others might miss.

  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC, for full-time office-based work.

Why Join I-care?

  • Pure Analysis: Focus entirely on diagnostics without the physical demands or travel requirements of traditional field data collection.

  • Tech-Forward Environment: Work with the industry's most advanced wireless hardware (Wi-care™) and AI software.

  • Global Leader: Be part of a "Business of the Year" award-winning company with a stable, international presence.

  • Career Pathing: We invest heavily in your certifications and technical growth.
