Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. GM Food Concepts, LLC owns and operates 3 food stalls within The Golden Mill. We are looking for an experienced line cook for our grill concept and Mexican concept. We are a high volume, fast-paced kitchen looking for someone who can keep up! Bilingual is a plus. This is an hourly plus tips position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other cooking tools.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.
