The Senior Administrative Assistant provides administrative assistance for team members and handles confidential tasks for leadership team. This team member will coordinate with multiple internal departments and external vendors.
Hybrid role: 3-4 days in office Monday-Friday 1-2 days remote

Responsibilities
About the role
The Senior Administrative Assistant provides administrative assistance for team members and handles confidential tasks for leadership team. This team member will coordinate with multiple internal departments and external vendors.
Hybrid role: 3-4 days in office Monday-Friday 1-2 days remote
In This Role You Will
- Inventory, order, and maintain supplies for department
- Schedule and coordinate travel for team members and officers
- Participate in and assist in coordination of community investment and team member appreciation events
- Coordinate and schedule conference rooms
- Process mail and other deliveries for the department
- Provide general administrative support for department including calendar management, timekeeping, invoicing, and expenses
- Assist leadership team with communication, coordination, presentations, and task completion
- Establish and maintain hard copy and/or electronic filing systems for departmental data, documents, and other materials
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of professional quality documents, reports, or presentations
- Provide administrative support for the entire department as needed
- Promote a positive, cooperative, and professional attitude when dealing with other company departments, customers, dealerships, and vendors

- 4-6 years of experience as an administrative assistant (preferred)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate Degree (preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
