Responsibilities
- Provide project leadership and coordination support to the development of digital automation solutions (RPA)
- Learn how to process requirements for automation, clarify the inputs and expected outputs and create the necessary automation documentation
- Assisting with project plans, requirements definition, documentation, vendor management and support of automation deliverables
- Assess processes for automation and make recommendations on which processes should be automated
- Articulate the need to have business processes well-documented as part of automation solutioning and support the business in the development of their process documentation
- Assist with facilitating meetings including preparing agendas, coordinating schedules and materials, following-up on action items, organizing and distributing project related documentation
- Collaborate with process owners to understand and validate automation requirements
- Summarize and formulate viable recommendations for the improvement of business processes, operations, and internal controls
- Must be a current student pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics with at least one semester remaining upon start of the internship.
- Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 (out of a 4-point scale) overall GPA.
- Junior or Senior classification preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required . This incumbent will be required to give presentations and communicate with business leaders.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and conceptual skills required.
- Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work independently or in a team setting.
- Previous internships are considered a plus.
