Go-To-Market Engineer (Sales Administration)

What You'll Do:
Build and manage AI-driven lead generation and GTM workflows
Translate buyer personas and value proposition into scalable, sales-ready processes
Support sales professionals in guiding enterprise hospital prospects through consultative discovery conversations
Partner with sales teams to define and enforce opportunity quality standards
Maintain clean CRM data, attribution, and documentation across workflows
Continuously iterate on AI agents and GTM processes to improve pipeline quality and throughput
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
4 years experience in GTM operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, or related sale operations roles
Experience building/operating AI-assisted or automated GTM workflows
Technical fluency with CRM, automation, enrichment, and AI tools
Strong commercial judgment and understanding of sales-ready opportunities
Executive presence and consultative selling skills
Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable iterating on complex systems
