Role Overview:

GLS North America is seeking a strategic and dynamic Out-of-Home (OOH) Project Manager to spearhead the development and adoption of our OOH delivery network across the US and Canada. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer, this leader will play a pivotal role in launching, scaling, and optimizing OOH services, helping transform the way customers experience delivery.  

Key Responsibilities:

•  Project Manager with a design & launch background. The ability to develop a rollout strategy with expertise in logistics, network planning, and retail partnerships 
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Operations, Sales, IT, Marketing, and other business units to ensure seamless execution and outstanding customer experience.
• Executive Alignment: Act as the primary OOH point of contact for North America, driving alignment across departments and global leadership.
• Performance Management: Define and report progress against KPIs, milestones, and roadmaps; clearly communicate risks and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
• Strategic Growth: Drive adoption through analysis, continuous iteration, and innovative initiatives that accelerate network expansion and market penetration.
• May be required to perform tasks beyond those explicitly listed in this role.
