Are you an experienced heavy equipment operator looking for a stable, hands-on position in an essential industry? Join our team at a growing Concrete Recycling Facility and help us build a cleaner, more sustainable future—one load at a time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery such as front-end loaders, excavators, skid steers, and crushers.
- Load/unload concrete materials into crushers and screeners.
- Ensure proper material handling and flow throughout the recycling process.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Follow safety protocols and report any equipment issues or hazards.
- Work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with supervisors and co-workers.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience operating heavy machinery (construction or recycling preferred).
- Familiarity with concrete crushing or recycling equipment is a plus.
- Must be physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions.
- Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
