Job Overview
We are seeking a Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer. This role is both hands-on shop work and design. This paid position provides an opportunity to gain practical experience, Position is to work under 4 experienced staff.
Duties
- Perform hands-on shop work including assembly, troubleshooting, and testing of mechanical components and systems
- Assist in creating mechanical detail drawings, schematics, and technical documentation using CAD software such as Inventor and Autocad Electrical
Skills
- Basic experience with 3D cad,
- Understanding of simple electrical schematics
- Hands on experience with shop work or maker space or construction or automotive
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
