We are growing and looking for an organized, detail-oriented Imaging Specialist to join our team. This is an entry-level position and an amazing opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in the aesthetics industry.
About the Role:
The Imaging Specialist plays an important role in the client journey by capturing and managing clinical photography before appointments, supporting our providers, and helping showcase the incredible transformations happening at Glow.
This person will be responsible for ensuring every client has accurate, consistent, and high-quality images while creating a welcoming and professional experience.
Responsibilities:
- Capture standardized before and after photos for client appointments
- Review daily schedules to identify which clients need imaging completed
- Manage, organize, and maintain client photo documentation
- Ensure photos meet Glow’s standards for consistency, lighting, angles, and quality
- Work closely with providers to ensure imaging needs are completed before treatment
- Gather approved content and photos for social media and marketing use
- Assist with organizing client transformations and treatment results
- Support front desk/client experience operations when needed
- Help maintain smooth clinic flow and exceptional client care
Qualifications:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable working directly with clients
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, proactive, and willing to jump in where needed
- Interest in aesthetics, skincare, beauty, or wellness preferred
- Photography or social media experience is a plus but not required
