Job Summary:

What You’ll Do:

• Answer the phone with a smile and assist our awesome clients with their needs.
• Dive into troubleshooting and repairing printers—no experience? No problem! We’ll teach you the ropes!
• Process service requests, sales orders, and invoices like a pro.
• Keep our records organized and easy to find (because who doesn’t love a tidy workspace?).
• Communicate with our fantastic team and other departments to keep things running smoothly.
• Track shipments and build relationships with our vendors—become a connection expert!
• Show up on time and ready to shine Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications:

• No experience needed—just bring your positive attitude and enthusiasm to succeed!
• Mechanical knowledge
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance
• Familiarity with using an ohmmeter
• No prior experience required
