Job Summary:

What You’ll Do:
- Answer the phone with a smile and assist our awesome clients with their needs.
- Dive into troubleshooting and repairing printers—no experience? No problem! We’ll teach you the ropes!
- Process service requests, sales orders, and invoices like a pro.
- Keep our records organized and easy to find (because who doesn’t love a tidy workspace?).
- Communicate with our fantastic team and other departments to keep things running smoothly.
- Track shipments and build relationships with our vendors—become a connection expert!
- Show up on time and ready to shine Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications:
