The Senior Analyst - EHS Planning supports the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Planning function at GLOVIS America by maintaining, enhancing, and standardizing corporate EHS programs, systems, and performance reporting processes. Responsibilities
- EHS Planning & Governance
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of corporate EHS programs and initiatives
- Maintain standardized EHS processes and governance frameworks across multiple operating locations
- Assist in advancing corporate EHS objectives, KPIs, and management review processes
- Assist in ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems)
- Participate in internal audits, gap assessments, corrective action tracking, and follow-up activities
- Maintain EHS documentation, registers, and controlled records in accordance with document control requirements
- Policy & Procedure Development & Data Analysis
- Draft, revise, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, work instructions, and guidance documents
- Ensure documentation aligns with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and internal corporate expectations
- Collect, validate, and analyze EHS performance data and key metrics
- Develop dashboards, reports, and executive summaries to support leadership decision-making and management reviews
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual EHS performance reporting and planning cycles
- Cross Functional Support & Training
- Collaborate with EHS Operations, Human Resources, Risk Management, and site leadership to support enterprise-wide EHS initiatives
- Assist in the development and updating of EHS training materials and awareness programs
- Track training completion, certifications, and competency records
- Support internal EHS communications, including bulletins, presentations, and planning updates
- Other duties as assigned
