This position will play a crucial role in supporting the Business Planning Department by conducting monthly reconciliations, reviewing business results, forecasts, and engaging in cost analysis. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of business needs, effective communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Independently analyze and evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Deep understanding of the company's strategic direction and an ability to analyze / determine what activities are required to accomplish the strategy
- Collaborate with various business units and divisions to develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with various business units and divisions to gather data, analyze it and make recommendations
- Monitor and track the performance of implemented strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. Communicate strategy across the region and foster cross-company information exchange and collaboration on strategic initiatives
- Assist executive coordinator of business planning for special projects including new business opportunities
- Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders
- Complete weekly/monthly performance report for the team by collaborating with other departments
- Manage the budget by collaborating with each department
- Perform independent research on the external environment (political, environmental, auto industry, etc.) and internal environment (associate engagement, electrification, sustainability, joint ventures, etc.) to independently realize challenges/risks that require a mid-term initiative to counter-measure exposure
- Support analysis for budget-to-actual variance on a monthly basis; compare data against business
- Support annual business plan
- Other duties as assigned
